Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - Chicagoland in the Chicago Western Suburbs is seeking licensed or licensure-pending clinicians to join our private practice. We value creativity, acceptance, and compassionate care, offering flexible scheduling and a welcoming office.

Responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, documenting sessions, coordinating with care teams, and participating in staff trainings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• On track to obtain clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, etc).
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with a diverse client base.
• Proficient with office tech and EHR systems; Valant a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans per policy.
• Maintain a minimum caseload for full-time clinicians (if applicable).
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical and school staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
