Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field.
• Active Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) or in progress.
• Experience providing therapy to children and teens and families.
• Comfort with creative, expressive, or play-based approaches.
• Strong diagnostic and documentation skills.
• Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and adolescents using developmentally appropriate, play/expressive-based interventions.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other providers for wraparound support.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 weekly sessions for full-time status.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely case documentation.
• Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment.
