Job summary

NewWorld is seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to help keep our work moving. You'll partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Leadership to manage timelines, coordinate teams, track deliverables, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

This contract role lasts three months, requiring 40 hours per week. The position operates on East Coast business hours (9am-6pm EST). Prior agency experience and comfort with AI-enabled workflows are highly valued.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of project management experience.
Agency experience required.
Experience managing multiple concurrent creative projects.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Client partnership & account support: manage day-to-day client communication across assigned accounts.
Project & budget management: build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor milestones.
Production ownership: coordinate production across campaigns, vendors, and production partners; track timelines and assets.
Cross-functional integration: align with Creative, Strategy, Research, and Production teams; manage stakeholder communications.
