NewWorld is seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to help keep our work moving. You'll partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Leadership to manage timelines, coordinate teams, track deliverables, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
This contract role lasts three months, requiring 40 hours per week. The position operates on East Coast business hours (9am-6pm EST). Prior agency experience and comfort with AI-enabled workflows are highly valued.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves bringing order to creative work, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to build better systems as we grow.
You are calm under pressure and comfortable in fast‑moving environments. You can zoom out to see the big picture while tracking the details that make delivery excellent. You understand creative process, respect research, and know how to translate vision into execution. You are fluent in modern project management systems and AI‑enabled workflows. You protect the integrity of the work while representing NewWorld’s long‑term interests in every decision.
This contract role is expected to last three months, at 40 hours a week for the contract duration. The expected salary for this position is between $6,250-$8,000 per month and will be commensurate with experience. Though this is a Freelance role, there will be routine meetings and deliverables expected during the course of a traditional workday. NewWorld primarily works East Coast business hours (9am-6pm EST)
