Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand cake design preferences
• Decorate cakes using frosting, fondant, piping and other techniques
• Prepare batters, fillings, and frosting per recipes and standards
• Bake and cool cakes to ensure proper texture
• Assemble and decorate cakes with fillings and decorations
• Fulfill customer orders for events and ensure on-time delivery
• Inspect finished cakes for quality and fix imperfections
• Maintain inventory of decorating supplies
