Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Adaptable to different situations and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support bakery department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures.
• Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns.
• Assist merchandising and sales floor standards with stocking, displays, signing and zoning procedures.
• Follow food safety production guidelines for fresh food preparation, packaging, labeling and weight accuracy.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safe use of equipment and tools.
