You will bake, decorate, and assemble cakes, maintain knowledge of product lines, and keep the bakery area clean and well organized, while delivering a positive shopping experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and creating custom designs for cakes.
• Mix, bake, fill, and decorate cakes using bakery recipes and techniques, including buttercream flowers, fondant, and gum paste.
• Complete all cake orders and prepare items for sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain full knowledge of the bakery’s product line, pricing, and sale items.
• Rotate products and ensure all items are properly labeled, fresh, and visually appealing.
• Serve as the final quality check for packaging, sell‑by dates, and presentation of products.
• Keep all areas clean and organized, including equipment, workstations, and display areas.
• Always prioritize customer needs over tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience.
