Raley's is seeking a Cake Decorating Bakery Team Member to craft decorated cakes, cookies, and fresh bakery items, while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support daily bakery operations, merchandising, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and customer service oriented.
• Experience in customer service (grocery, restaurant, barista, or related).
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Icing sheet cakes and decorating per customer order or decorator discretion.
• Provide memorable customer service during daily interactions.
• Prepare food including baking bread, decorating cookies, creating fresh offerings.
• Share food knowledge with customers.
• Maintain cleaning, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee day-to-day production, merchandising, and quality control of bakery offerings.
• Stock and merchandise department products.
