Job summary

Raley's Bakery is seeking a diligent Baker to join our Scottsdale store team. You will perform a wide range of bakery tasks, from mixing and proofing to decorating and merchandising, while upholding strict food safety standards.

In this fast-paced environment you will help ensure product quality, manage stocking and rotation, assist in receiving bakery supplies, and provide friendly service to customers. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork to nourish our community.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be 18 years old; 21 for positions serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, weighing, proofing, baking, decorating, finishing and merchandising quality bakery products.
• Loading and unloading the oven with correct temperatures and duration to bake all varieties.
• Scaling cakes and cupcakes, icing sweet rolls, breads and cookies as needed.
• Assisting in the ordering and receiving of bakery products and supplies.
• Keeping a clean, neat and orderly bench, production area, storage area, and walk-in coolers and freezers.
