Job summary

Raley's is seeking a Cake Decorator for our Scottsdale bakery to handle cake decorating and daily bakery duties. You will assist in production, merchandising, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role supports food safety and sanitation standards while creating fresh offerings and sharing knowledge with customers. High standards for quality and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or cake decorating is a plus.
• Customer service oriented with attention to food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Icing sheet cakes and decorating with spatulas, icing bags and icing tips per customer order or at decorators' discretion.
• Providing memorable customer service during daily interactions
• Preparation of food, including baking bread, decorating cookies, creating fresh offerings
• Sharing food knowledge with customers
• Cleaning, Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation
• Day to day production, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings
• Stocking, rotating, and merchandising department products
• All other related duties as assigned
