Responsibilities

• Ice cakes and decorate with spatulas, bags, and tips per orders.
• Provide memorable customer service during daily interactions.
• Prepare food items: bake bread, decorate cookies, create fresh offerings.
• Share food knowledge with customers and maintain food safety standards.
• Cleanliness, sanitation, and daily production/merchandising duties.
• Stock and merchandise department products.
