Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Bakery Team Member in Aldan, PA to support daily bakery operations, including frosting, decorating cakes, taking and storing orders, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness. You will work with a team, follow PPE guidelines, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience.

Flexibility with shift hours and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential, as is meeting company standards and learning required equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare the required equipment and supplies.
• Mix frosting, color frosting, make cones, load cones, frost cakes, and decorate cakes with colored frosting.
• Take orders, complete orders, and store orders in the bakery cooler.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss and demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation habits.
