Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED. Minimum of 2 years’ related experience and/or training. Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and ABC compliance.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Basic math for processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests professionally and maintains a friendly bar atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Record drink orders into the register system immediately.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Ensure compliance with ABC regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and stocked bar area; assist with inventory.
• Promote food, beverage and events to guests.
• Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Pack and garnish drinks as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and safety.
