You are:

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Director with experience in driving, concepting, pitching, and delivering omni-channel, brand-building campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. You should be capable of leading all creative aspects of projects, providing guidance on art and copy, leading integrated teams, and presenting work directly to clients.

You will need to communicate a big picture vision, manage project details across design and copy, serve as the primary creative lead or collaborate with senior leadership, and work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including strategy, media, data/analytics, and technology. A portfolio demonstrating diverse experience across the funnel is essential.

The work includes:

  1. Concepting, pitching, and delivering branding, campaigns, and digital experiences
  2. Leading creative teams in design and copy
  3. Building review decks and presenting to clients
  4. Collaborating with cross-discipline leads for project success
  5. Developing meaningful client relationships
  6. Delivering hands-on work when necessary
  7. Supporting new business development through concepting and deck creation

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in agency or equivalent creative industry experience across digital, social, film, long-form content, and print
  • At least 5 years leading teams and presenting to clients
  • Extraordinary online portfolio with diverse work samples
  • Experience in a creative agency or similar environment

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) clients
  • An award-winning, industry-recognized portfolio (OneShow, D&AD, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience), preferably in advertising or related fields
  • Experience with GenAI tools in the creative process
  • A clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard creative software and GenAI tools
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with scaled Agency of Record (AOR) engagements
  • A passion for blending creativity, data, and technology
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong storytelling and narrative structuring skills for presentations and pitches
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
