We are looking for an experienced Art Director for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the concept, design, and development of resources across multiple accounts, projects, and platforms.
- Understand the production process related to both print and digital.
- Work effectively across a dynamic team, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and a collaborative approach through a solution-oriented mindset.
- Consult with Medical Writing, Account, and Market Access Strategy teams to create compelling designs across all digital and print media.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned clients and products, contributing to the creation and refinement of brand strategy.
- Design materials based on strategic and tactical plans provided by the Account team, and by assignment from Creative leads.
- Create compelling and clear visualizations of data, charts, and infographics.
- Work with production and digital personnel, providing complete input, and any instruction and supervision required to smoothly complete production of approved design.
- Support client interactions, defending work and perspectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of computer design software and hardware, staying current with trends, emerging design techniques, and applications.
- Support new business pitches, contributing to creative concepts or ideation of pitch presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience designing for healthcare clients; agency experience is required.
- Launch experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with FDA marketing regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in digital and print design.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, XD, Sketch, & Figma.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
- Prior pharma ad agency experience.
