Role Overview

As a Senior Art Director, you will shape THE STUDIO's creative output, collaborating with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams. You will lead ideation, design, and execution of diverse projects, inspiring and mentoring team members to stay ahead of trends and align with strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Develop and oversee high-quality, visually stunning work across digital, print, experiential, and emerging tech platforms, championing brand values and visual language.
• Design Innovation: Integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies to deliver functional and groundbreaking work.
• Presentations: Create and pitch creative presentations to clients, ensuring alignment and positive feedback.
• Team Development: Mentor and guide Art Directors and designers, fostering collaboration and creative excellence.
• Strategic Vision: Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into effective creative strategies.
• Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on design and technology trends, introducing innovative ideas.
• Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve THE STUDIO’s visual identity, reflecting sophistication and innovation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in creative leadership within a design agency, in-house team, or tech-forward organization.
• Expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling across mediums.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion graphics, 3D tools, Ai Gen, or prototyping software is a plus.
• Passion for integrating technology and design to create memorable experiences.
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, impactful work.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
