Role: Art Director or Senior Art Director - Pharmaceuticals

Location: Remote (ET in the U.S.)

Salary: $65-100k DOE

Clutch seeks an experienced Art Director or Senior Art Director for a pharmaceutical agency client.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to brand standards in typography, color, and overall aesthetic.
• Develop designs for digital and print deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs.
• Oversee design team, quality control, and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality in design execution.

Requirements:

• Strong design and team management skills.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical (market access) marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, XD), Figma, Sketch.
• Experience with launches is preferred.
• Hands-on, executional skills.
• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or advertising.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Portfolio with pharmaceutical samples.
