Job summary

Biltmore Estate is hiring Creamery Attendants at Antler Hill Village adjacent to Cedric's Tavern and the Winery. You will deliver world class guest service, handle cash, and work with a dynamic Food & Beverage outlets team.

Shifts vary and will include weekdays and weekends. Requirements include six months of guest service experience, ServSafe certification within 120 days, solid math skills, a cheerful attitude, excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast paced

Qualifications

• Six months of guest service experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification within 120 days of hire.
• Cash and credit handling skills.
• Cheerful, caring attitude and desire to deliver world class service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment; proactive with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve and care for guests.
• Keep area stocked and well maintained.
• Keep products stocked and fresh at all times.
• Learn the Micros system.
• Demonstrate strong money handling skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization per Health Department guidelines.
