Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Creamery Lead Attendant to supervise a guest services team at Antler Hill Village Creamery, Smokehouse, and related locations. You will support staff, serve as on-site liaison for guest inquiries and events, and collaborate with groups to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will help manage inventory, uniforms, and training while ensuring clean, efficient operation and adherence to Biltmore standards, including cash handling and daily reporting.

Qualifications

Two (2) years related food and beverage supervisory/management experience in a comparable full service restaurant and/or luxury hotel/resort preferred.
High school diploma (or GED); some college preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills and/or previous supervisory experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Minimum 21 years of age to bartend as needed.

Responsibilities

Supervision and development of line staff.
On‑the‑floor guest and employee interaction during peak periods.
Assigns tasks and coordinates activities to ensure prompt and courteous service.
Work with Restaurant Manager on menu training and daily operation issues.
Maintain cleanliness and accuracy of daily paperwork and cash handling.
