Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a part-time Creamery Attendant to deliver world-class guest service at Antler Hill Village. The role averages 20 hours per week with shifts spanning weekdays and weekends, in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The pay ranges from $16.32 to $22 per hour, with an average that reflects business volume, plus tips.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, retail and/or guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a ServSafe certification within 120 days of hire.
• Solid math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Cheerful, caring, and considerate attitude with a genuine desire to deliver world class service.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving and taking care of the guests.
• Keeping the area stocked and well maintained.
• Keep product stocked and fresh at all times.
• Responsible for learning Micros system.
• Have excellent money skills.
• Keeping work area cleaned and sanitized following Health Department guidelines.
