Job summary

Biltmore Estate Creamery Attendants are based in Antler Hill Village adjacent to Cedric’s Tavern and the Winery, delivering world class guest service as part of a dynamic Food & Beverage team. Shifts vary and include weekdays and weekends.

Requires helpful, friendly service and reliable cash handling; ServSafe certification must be attainable within 120 days. Position offers benefits and opportunities to grow within a premier hospitality environment at the estate.

Qualifications

• Past hospitality, restaurant, or guest service experience preferred (6 months).
• ServSafe certification obtainable within 120 days of hire.
• Strong math skills and cash/credit handling.
• Cheerful, caring attitude and a commitment to world-class service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Serve and take care of guests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Keep area stocked and well maintained.
• Ensure products are stocked and fresh at all times.
• Learn and use the Micros system effectively.
• Handle money accurately and confidently.
