Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, real estate valuation and/or underwriting.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong track record of performance and leadership; credit training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Valuate commercial real estate collateral through desktop and in-depth analyses.
• Analyze market trends and investor demand to assess value and risk.
• Collaborate with National Lending team to underwrite collateral for new loan opportunities.
