Ideal candidates are pursuing licensure, bring strong analytical and communication skills, and have 1–3 years in commercial real estate. You will grow within a collaborative, industry-leading environment.

Qualifications

• Aspiring valuation and appraisal professional who enjoys analyzing data.
• Eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate and follow projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Apply organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
• Perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).
• Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates on appraisals and consulting projects for various purposes.
