Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Ability to independently analyze and interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of loan structuring, lending regulations, and ONB policies.
• Must communicate decisions clearly in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and decision loans with exposure up to $3 million.
• Collaborate with Business Bankers and Relationship Managers on loan origination and review.
• Maintain underwriting standards and asset quality ratings per guidelines.
• Meet CAM production targets while balancing risk and growth.
• Provide credit expertise and guidance to RM and support staff.
