Job summary

• Five or more years of commercial lending experience.
• Strong CRE underwriting across property types including cash flow, valuation, sponsor analysis, structure, and covenants.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new originations and portfolio exposures for CRE assets.
• Prepare clear credit analyses and supporting documentation.
• Assist with annual credit reviews for clients with multiple properties.
• Support construction budgets and monthly draw reviews through completion.
• Collaborate with Credit Approvers and risk partners.
