JLL is seeking a Transaction Analyst to support Work Dynamics clients, performing financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to inform multi-million dollar decisions.

You will build models, evaluate valuations, and assist senior professionals through the transaction lifecycle while coordinating with legal, property management, and capital markets teams; this is a remote role with a Charlotte, NC footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of CRE, investment banking, or financial analysis experience.
• PA Real Estate Salesperson License within 6 months.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop financial models and investment analyses for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing opportunities.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to support transaction recommendations and client presentations.
• Prepare offering memoranda, investment summaries, and presentation materials for client meetings and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate due diligence processes, including document review, site inspections, and third-party report analysis.
• Support senior team members in client communications and transaction negotiations.
• Maintain and update transaction databases, pipeline reports, and market intelligence systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, property management, and capital markets professionals.
