Working with a Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Associate, you will conduct 100+ daily cold calls, maintain CRM records, and develop long-term relationships while growing revenue and your career in a high-energy team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to make 100+ cold calls daily to property owners.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and coachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete Matthews’ intensive training program.
• Become an expert in commercial real estate analysis/brokerage.
• Reach out to owners of commercial real estate.
• Maintain records on Matthews’ CRM system.
• Use tools and technology to win business and build relationships.
• Generate revenue and build a career in a fast-paced, team-selling environment.
