You will complete an intensive training program, become an expert in CRE analysis, and engage in 100+ daily cold calls while leveraging Matthews’ CRM and tools to win business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Obtain a real estate salesperson license in your state within 120 days of start if not already licensed.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy, team-selling environments.

Responsabilités

• Complete Matthews intensive training program.
• Become an expert in commercial real estate analysis and brokerage.
• Relentlessly reach out to owners of commercial real estate.
• Be comfortable with 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners.
• Maintain detailed activity records on Matthews’ proprietary CRM.
• Utilize company tools to win business and build relationships.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting with a Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Associate.
• Generate substantial revenue and build a long-term career.
