You will complete Matthews™ intensive training, become an expert in CRE analysis/brokerage, and engage 100+ daily cold calls while maintaining detailed CRM records and leveraging our best-in-class tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Must obtain a real estate salesperson license in the state you are located within 120 days of the start date if not already licensed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a coachable attitude and desire for growth.

Responsibilities

• Complete Matthews™ intensive training program.
• Reach out to owners of commercial real estate.
• Make 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners.
• Maintain detailed records on Matthews™ CRM system.
• Leverage Matthews™ tools and resources to win business and build relationships.
• Generate significant revenue and develop long-term client relationships.
