10+ years of CRE lending experience.
Experience with ground-up construction properties.
Ability to assess sponsor strength, market conditions, tenancy, cash flow and collateral quality.

Responsibilities

Lead underwriting and credit analysis for CRE transactions, evaluating borrower financials, guarantor strength, cash flow, liquidity, liabilities and sponsor experience.
Apply market-standard credit metrics (DSCR, LTV, covenanting, Debt Yield) and scenario analysis to assess viability and risk.
Evaluate collateral and market fundamentals including submarket conditions, tenant concentration and rollover, rent comparables, capex needs, and exit strategies.
Structure transactions with terms, pricing, and risk mitigants including covenants, reserves, guarantees, amortization, and recourse/non-recourse structures.
