Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Portfolio Banker/Manager (CRE) for a well-established California bank. You will evaluate CRE borrowers’ financial condition and credit needs, and support underwriting of complex loans, including bridge and construction financing, in collaboration with Relationship Managers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–10 years of CRE underwriting and asset management experience.
• Strong credit analysis and portfolio management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate CRE borrowers' financial condition and credit needs.
• Analyze CRE financial statements, credit information, and due diligence.
• Support underwriting and structuring of complex loans (e.g., bridge/ construction).
• Monitor loan performance, covenant compliance, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and senior leadership for credit approvals.
