Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of applicable CRE risk/QA/QC experience.
• Experience in commercial lending, loan administration, risk, audit, QA/QC, or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize an assigned pipeline of post-close loan reviews within established control timelines.
• Review newly booked and modified CRE loans for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate that loan documentation aligns with credit approvals and required executed documents are in place.
• Identify data-quality, documentation, and credit-related discrepancies and follow findings through remediation.
• Maintain documentation demonstrating that identified issues have been corrected.
• Partner with relationship managers, underwriters, loan administrators, and risk partners to research and resolve findings.
• Provide guidance to business partners regarding processes, findings, and system navigation.
• Support regulatory, due-diligence, reporting, and other risk-related review activities.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource to CRE teams and foster cross-functional relationships.
