Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Quality Assurance/Control Business Risk Professional to manage post-close CRE loan reviews, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation, with a focus on risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with relationship managers, underwriters, and risk partners to resolve findings, support regulatory reviews, and uphold consistent processes across CRE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize an assigned pipeline of post-close loan reviews within established control timelines.
• Review newly booked and modified CRE loans for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate that loan documentation aligns with credit approvals and required executed documents are in place.
• Identify data-quality, documentation, and credit-related discrepancies and follow findings through remediation.
• Maintain documentation demonstrating that identified issues have been corrected.
• Partner with relationship managers, underwriters, loan administrators, and risk partners to research and resolve findings.
• Provide guidance and on-the-spot support to business partners regarding processes, findings, and system navigation.
• Support regulatory, due-diligence, reporting, and other risk-related review activities.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and collaborative resource to business partners while building strong working relationships across CRE.
