Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties for client accounts. You will handle lease administration, monitor collections, and supervise property staff, ensuring compliance with policies and client goals.

The role requires 3+ years in real estate property management, a relevant degree, and professional designations (CPM, RPA, or CSM) or progress toward them. Travel between properties is expected, and competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties and monitor collections.
• Provide leadership to property staff and ensure client goals are met.
• Develop annual inspection processes and oversee property operations.
• Oversee vendor contracts and CAM reconciliations per client requirements.
• Maintain accurate lease abstracts and reporting for clients.
