Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Commercial Banking, Finance, or related fields.
• 2+ years Commercial Real Estate experience and sales management preferred.
• Strong credit, corporate finance and underwriting skills.
• Proven track record in originating and closing complex financial transactions.
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities.
• Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain profitable Commercial Real Estate loan volume.
• Manage relationships to maximize profitability; cross-sell Fifth Third products.
• Underwrite credit requests and approve loans within lending limits; recommend higher approvals as needed.
• Ensure proper reporting and documentation to assess risk.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations and local markets.
• Collaborate with peers and senior bankers across the organization.
• Travel as required to cover the Rosemont region.
• Support associates and participate in leadership programs as applicable.
