The role partners with Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Legal to interpret credit approvals and coordinate closing activities.

You will review closing conditions, ensure lien perfection, and manage risk within approved authority while driving process improvements and maintaining strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of commercial lending experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and credit policy.
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to drive process improvement and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of loan closing professionals and oversee document preparation.
• Coordinate closings with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Underwriters, and Legal.
• Review credit approvals and interpret closing conditions.
• Ensure due diligence supports accurate documentation and lien perfection.
• Confirm satisfaction of closing conditions and address deficiencies.
• Monitor pipeline, workload, and timelines; identify process improvements.
