Responsibilities

• Direct the work of loan closing professionals responsible for due diligence, documentation and closing execution.
• Lead day-to-day loan closing activities and coordinate with RMs, PMs, UWs and Legal.
• Review credit approvals and interpret closing conditions to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure due diligence supports accurate documentation and lien perfection.
• Monitor pipeline, workload and timelines; identify process improvements.
• Maintain communication on transaction status and timelines with stakeholders.
• Support risk-based decision making within approved authority.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
