Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate or related industry
• Understanding the lifecycle of a commercial real estate transaction
• Comfort working with brokers, clients, contracts, deadlines, and documentation
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems
• Assist brokers throughout the lifecycle of transactions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transaction information between brokers, clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other parties
• Assist with LOIs, listing agreements, commission agreements, purchase agreements, leases, amendments
• Help coordinate due diligence and closing-related activities
• Maintain organized transaction files and documentation
• Assist with commission tracking and closing information
• Help manage broker pipelines, activities, priorities, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate information within the company CRM
• Help ensure leads and opportunities are entered, assigned, and followed through
• Prepare or coordinate client-facing materials and reports
• Follow up on outstanding information, deadlines, and action items
• Support brokerage leadership in implementing processes and procedures
• Identify missing information and bottlenecks before they become problems
• Improve CRM adoption and data quality
• Coordinate broker meetings, agendas, and action items
• Support onboarding and training for brokers
• Collaborate between Indianapolis team and international support
• Translate leadership priorities into tasks with owners and deadlines
