Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a CRE Mortgage Servicing specialist to support business development and loan placement for the Capital Markets team. You will analyze third-party servicing opportunities, prepare proposals and financing packages, and coordinate with external partners to advance deals.

The role requires 2–5 years in CRE mortgage servicing, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years of CRE mortgage loan servicing experience.
Experience interpreting CRE mortgage servicing agreements and related documents.
Loan underwriting and analysis across asset classes.
In-depth knowledge of income-producing real estate.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and switch between tasks.
Strong communication with internal and external customers.
Self-starter with proficiency in basic computer applications.
Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Develop proposal documentation for third-party servicing clients and monitor progress.
Perform profitability analysis for third-party servicing opportunities.
Negotiate CRE mortgage servicing agreements and related documents.
Document client interactions in Salesforce.
Support Master and Special servicing at Grandbridge.
Prepare financing request packages for external capital partners.
Coordinate delivery of loan request packages and analyze quotes.
Manage borrower and partner expectations and due diligence items.
Monitor maturities and refinancing opportunities.
Review industry publications to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain relationships with borrowers, lenders, brokers and IRM partners.
Maintain a contact database of industry professionals.
Ensure timely closing schedules and document submissions.
Maintain pipeline reports and represent Grandbridge at real estate events.
