Job summary

Enact Partners in Carlsbad, CA seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Administrator to help manage our active CRE loan portfolio from closing through servicing and payoff. This hands-on role rewards organization, follow-through, and deadline discipline.

You will coordinate with borrowers, title and escrow, loan servicers, insurance brokers, fund administrators, and outside counsel to keep items moving, maintain data accuracy, and support audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial lending, loan servicing, or related ops.
• Knowledge of loan docs, escrow, payoff processing, maturities, extensions, insurance, and wire controls.
• Strong numerical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with private or bridge lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active loan portfolio calendar with maturities, payments, and reporting.
• Process payoff demands, extensions, construction draws, funding requests.
• Coordinate with borrowers, servicers, title, escrow, insurance, counsel.
• Maintain loan data, organize files, support audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare fund schedules and recurring portfolio reporting.
• Support process improvements and transaction coordination.
