CIM Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Loan Servicing and Closing group in Dallas. You will manage a CRE loan portfolio, lead daily servicing activities, and assist in closing new originations while collaborating with investments, legal, and accounting teams.

The role emphasizes independent work, analytical rigor, and cross-functional coordination to optimize asset value across multimillion-dollar loans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative or related fields.
4+ years’ relevant professional experience in real estate credit or related investment environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Commercial Real Estate experience strongly preferred.
Strong work ethic; ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily loan servicing for an assigned CRE loan portfolio and act as primary servicing contact.
Onboard and manage repurchase facilities/back leverage with fund teams and lenders.
Ensure all money movements comply with loan documents and policies; maintain required bank accounts.
Coordinate data entry into loan servicing systems and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Assist in closing of new originations, including due diligence coordination and loan setup.
