Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with complex commercial and commercial real estate loan transactions, including documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end loan documentation and closing process for new commercial loans, renewals, extensions, modifications, and other credit transactions.
• Lead, mentor, and train loan documentation staff; review work and perform quality-control reviews.
• Review loan files and pre-closing checklists for completeness before closing and loan booking.
• Review attorney-prepared loan documents for completeness and consistency with terms.
• Track documentation, covenants, and post-closing requirements; maintain archives.
• Serve as a resource to lenders and stakeholders regarding documentation, compliance, and procedures.
