Texas Capital Bank is seeking a senior leader to run Loan Operations originations and CRE closing, overseeing end-to-end closing, booking, funding, and servicing support across Texas. You will partner with Lending, Credit, Legal, Risk, and executive teams to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial lending or loan operations experience, including closing, documentation, due diligence, and agented transactions.
• Minimum 5 years of direct CRE loan closing experience, including complex construction, bridge, and income-producing properties.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience leading loan production, closing, or operations teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial loan closing, funding, documentation, and operational risk management.
• Minimum 2 years of ACBS experience or an equivalent platform.

• Lead and develop Loan Operations teams for commercial, corporate, and CRE closing activities.
• Oversee CRE closing, booking, funding, and servicing support, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and client experience across origination processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls; partner with risk, compliance, and audit teams.
• Build relationships with lending teams, legal counsel, and executive leadership; present performance and risks to management.
