Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Texas seeks a Loan Operations Originations Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for all commercial and corporate loan closing activities across the bank. This role leads the CRE closing operation and partners with Lending, Credit, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and executive leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial lending or loan operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years CRE loan closing experience, including complex construction and income properties.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience leading loan production or operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, loan documentation, and risk management.
• 2+ years of ACBS experience or equivalent loan servicing/origination platform.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive results in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Loan Operations teams for commercial, corporate, and CRE closings.
• Oversee CRE closing, booking, funding, and servicing activities with regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across loan origination.
• Partner with Lending, Credit, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure client experience.
• Present performance and risks to senior management and participate in budgets.
