Goldman Sachs is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Lending Advisor, Vice President, to drive loan origination growth for UHNW clients and lead complex CRE financing within the Private Bank.

You will partner with Private Wealth Advisors and underwriting teams to source, structure, and execute sophisticated lending transactions, ensuring alignment with clients' wealth objectives and risk appetite.

Formación

• 8+ years of lending origination experience in CRE or related private banking/real estate lending platforms.
• Deep expertise in CRE lending incl. stabilized, transitional, portfolio-backed assets and collateral lending.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and execute sophisticated lending transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with PWAs to drive regional lending.
• Originate and structure CRE loans and complex financing structures.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution including screening, structuring, pricing and approvals.
• Prescreen opportunities and develop well-structured proposals with risk controls.
• Collaborate with U.S. Underwriting on credit memo prep and risk management.
