Needham Bank in Wellesley, MA is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of commercial loans and coordinate client banking relationships.

Ideal candidates have five or more years in commercial banking, a Bachelor's in business or finance, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The role entails CRE loan work, credit review, and cross-functional collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related area.
• Five or more years' experience in commercial banking.
• Educated in banking federal and state regulations and laws.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with teams on new and existing commercial real estate loan requests.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the loan process.
• Analyze applicant financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Originate and close new loans to existing customers and prospects consistent with loan policies and regulations.
• Present new loan requests to appropriate approval authorities within the Bank.
• Negotiate legal documents and coordinate with third parties for closings.
• Review, track progress, and approve loan disbursements for loans with additional funding.
