Qualifications

Proven Commercial Loan Officer or related business development experience.
Track record of originating commercial loans and growing client relationships.
Strong understanding of commercial lending products and credit structures.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with business owners, investors, and CRE professionals.
Originate CRE, owner-occupied, investment, construction, and business lending opportunities.
Analyze borrower financial statements, tax returns, and credit profiles.
Structure financing solutions tailored to client objectives.
Present loan opportunities for underwriting and credit approval.
Manage transactions from application through closing.
Collaborate with attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and internal teams for smooth closings.
Build referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, CRE brokers, and financial advisors.
Maintain a strong pipeline and proactively generate new business opportunities.
