Job summary

Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to originate, underwrite, and administer CRE loans in the Waltham area. The role focuses on CSB core markets and maintaining credit standards while growing referral opportunities.

You will analyze financial data, negotiate terms, and monitor loan relationships, collaborating with Credit Administration and other CSB departments to ensure superior service and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
Experience in commercial real estate lending and credit analysis
Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship skills
Ability to analyze financial data and structure loans
Proficiency with MS Office and Argus is a plus

Responsibilities

Originate, underwrite, and administer CRE loans
Maintain active marketing/calling program in CSB core markets
Analyze credit worthiness and negotiate terms
Monitor and manage CRE loan relationships and collateral quality
Coordinate with Credit Administration and other divisions
Assist in community involvement and business development
