Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field required.
• 7–15 years of commercial lending, credit analysis, or relationship management experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Originates new commercial lending opportunities focused on investment real estate and development.
• Manages an assigned portfolio with credit quality monitoring and performance indicators.
• Analyzes financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and collateral.
• Prepares comprehensive credit memos with risk ratings and covenants.
• Cross-sells treasury management, deposits, and other Bank products.
