Bank of America in Chicago is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lending Executive to grow funded loan balances and revenue while managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires deep CRE expertise and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Advisors, Underwriting, Risk, and Portfolio Management.

Formación

• 10+ years of CRE lending, underwriting, credit approval, or related commercial credit experience.
• Proven ability to evaluate, structure, and approve complex CRE transactions across multiple property types.
• Strong knowledge of cash-flow analysis, valuation, sponsor and market assessment, loan structuring.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex credit matters to senior leadership.
• Ability to influence across Advisors, Underwriting, Risk, Portfolio Management, Operations, and senior leadership while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth of funded loans and revenue while mitigating risks and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Develop, deepen, and sustain relationships with market leadership, Advisors, and clients.
• Educate partners on platform capabilities and risk appetite to increase engagement.
• Partner with Product and Underwriting leadership on policy, process improvements that strengthen execution and client/employee experience.
